Who we are

CT Project Services was born from a mutual drive to give practical, effective advice and support to our clients, helping them to overcome the real-world challenges of complex projects.

With roots in construction management, project planning and quantity surveying, the team has a wealth of cross-sector experience on major engineering and construction projects around the globe. 

We operate at all stages of the project lifecycle, from strategic planning and risk management, to project delivery and recovery, to independent expert analysis and testimony to resolve contractual disputes.

Ultimately, we take pride in being agile, pragmatic and effective, to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.

Leadership Team

Alan Whaley

Programming, Delay and Quantum Expert

Alan is a chartered quantity surveyor and construction professional who specialises in forensic delay and quantum analysis. Over 24 years he has risen from site-based carpenter and QS to senior commercial leader and internationally recognised expert witness, advising on multibillion-dollar transport, energy, offshore and mixed-use projects across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Alan's expertise covers critical-path delay, disruption, concurrent delay and claim valuation, underpinned by a PhD in construction management and his role lecturing on dispute resolution at the University of Salford - ensuring opinions that are both analytically rigorous and clearly communicated.

Jon Bean

Programming and Delay Expert

Jon is a chartered construction manager with expertise in project planning, project controls and forensic delay analysis; gained from almost two decades of industry experience across numerous sectors, global locations and organisation types. He has led framework and regional teams of construction planners and project controls professionals, and also acts as an independent expert witness on matters of delay. Jon's skills include strategic portfolio and project planning, schedule risk analysis, NEC programming, project controls and assurance, recovery planning and forensic delay analysis.

Yiannis Bompolas

Programming and Delay Expert

Yiannis is a chartered structural engineer and construction manager who specialises in programming, delay and disruption. For almost two decades he has worked across the project lifecycle - as design consultant, site manager, planner and forensic delay and disruption analyst - on residential, hospital, rail, infrastructure and energy schemes. Yiannis now acts regularly as a delay and programming expert. Yiannis' core skills include critical-path scheduling, programme risk and due-diligence reviews, disruption evaluation and claim quantification, underpinned by the analytical rigour he developed both on live sites and in dispute forums.
